It is your responsibility to ensure that any products or services available on this website meet your specific requirements. We accept no responsibility for the activities undertaken whilst using JumpSuits products and it is your resposnsibility to decide when a specific product is suitable. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide us with accurate measurements for made to measure garments and we accept no responsibility if you provide us with incorrect measurements. We do our best to accommodate individual design requirements, but unless specifically requested otherwise, made to measure suits will be made to our current standard design specification. For example, pocketed knee pads are only added on request. Any complaint should be made in the first instance to JumpSuits, who will always do their best to ensure your satisfaction with your order.
JumpSuits reserve the right to repair garments, bags etc with the most suitable material available to us. Repaired items, especially heavy wear items like oversuits, only have a finite life. Whilst we endeavour to do the best repair possible, patches in high wear areas inevitably attract accelerated wear and may well fail again. We will advise you of the best repair methods to ensure the maximum life for your garment. We guarantee all our work against manufacturing fault, and will repair or replace if a garment fails because of this. Jumpsuits will always give advantageous repair service outside of this time. Caving is demanding on equipment and whilst we make our products to be durable, they may last less time than in normal circumstances.
We will do our best to keep you informed as to when your suit will be ready, when it will be posted and when to expect delivery. We will not accept orders until officially confirmed by you by sending a full set of required measurements and full payment including postage, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with JumpSuits.
We will insure all items posted to you and this insurance only covers the time the items are held by the postal service. We accept no responsibility for lost or late items. Any items lost by the postal services will only be refunded once we have received the refund from the postal service. Items lost may be remade at our discretion but only once the refund from the postal services has been received by us.
JumpSuits are proud to employ their own tame ‘Field Test Engineer’ who has sneaked into the header above! His job is to attempt to test our suits to destruction. Known simply as ‘The Dig’, some say he spends his life underground, feeding intravenously, digging forever on downwards...
